The Alexandria Art Circle, sponsored by the Alexandria-Monroe Township Historical Society, will be hosting this program as part of the Madison County Bicentennial. This FREE program will show an historic video on the post office murals painted during the Depression, including the existing mural in the Alexandria Post Office. The Art Circle will also provide more information about the other Alexandria Post Office murals, and some community art projects throughout local history.
